You will be taking ownership of the Operations / Project Management team, optimising project execution processes acquisition, and steering the company’s daily operations while aligning our team with the strategic objectives of the firm.


  • Develop and implement strategic plans ensuring for effective execution

  • Foster and model a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure alignment with the strategic plan, the related KPIs and milestones at all levels of the organisation.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance of the teams and ensure the achievement of targets.

  • Effectively communicate the strategic direction, providing guidance and motivating teams to achieve overarching strategic objectives.

  • Monitor and adjust strategies as necessary to meet programmatic and organisational objectives.

  • Implement of new strategic expansion strategies that match with the companies’ goals of scaling into new countries and audiences.

  • Lead and coordinate activities with other companies in the group in order to ensure collaboration to mutual benefit.

  • Work cross functionally with the other senior leaders within the business.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.

  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure stability and resilience.

  • Report with the board to convey company performance and implement board decisions in operations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Deep knowledge and experience in the EduTech industry.

  • Fluency in more languages is a plus (english, spanish, french, portuguese)

  • Proficient in data analysis and operational metrics.

  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

  • Track record of outstanding results in a competitive and dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving business growth.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Financial acumen with budget management experience.

  • Extensive stakeholder management at an Executive level with strong communication and influencing skills.

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, development, and change management.

  • Significant experience in developing high-performing teams motivated to achieve shared strategic objectives.

  • Familiarity with AGILE frameworks, global team collaboration, and BI systems.
