Responsibilities

  • Contact new employees and assist in onboarding sessions
  • Organize, collect and process information and forms from new team members as required during pre-employment phase
  • Provide a range of administrative support functions to the team entailing the talent acquisition process.
  • Utilize all possible tools such as different job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, search engines, and channels to source candidates
  • Support screening candidates, works with candidates and team to book interviews
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate
  • Utilizes the latest tech to automate and manage logistics and interviews scheduling
  • Provides support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment
  • Min. 1 year of experience in fintech/financial or crypto service industry would be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation
  • Passionate about Technology, Disruptive models, Organizational Culture, and Talent Management
  • Financial Service/ Crypto tech hiring experience preferred
