What are we looking for?
— excellent writing and communication skills in English
— 2+ years experience on a relevant position
— strong prioritization, organization, and personal management skills
— familiarity with crypto will be highly advantageous

What will you do?
— maintain and manage customer relationships and expectations
— read, prioritize and respond to customer queries via chat, emails, calls
— conduct demos, set and meet commitments from customer and product team
— prioritize product backlog based on customer feedback, broadcast deadlines to customers
— investigate and report customer problems
— improve customer workflow: onboarding, CRM management
