Starton is a Web 3 company based in Paris that provides a user interface (UI) and application programming interface (API) to simplify the development of blockchain applications for software companies.

Starton offers smart contract deployment and interaction, monitoring on-chain events, storing data in a distributed network, and scaling on-chain transactions.

🔮 Who are we looking for?

We are currently hiring for our next 👉 Senior Back-End developer 👈 with a solid technical background passionate about the idea to transform technical discoveries and challenges into a scalable and intuitive API.

➡️ Key Responsibilities

– Developing and maintaining server-side micro-services,
– Collaborating with the Product team on new features integration,
– Ensure high security and diagnostic standards,
– Develop and lead the back-end development with scalability and security in mind,
– Stay-up-to-date about emerging technologies and good practices,
– Recommending and implementing improvements to processes in collaboration with the product team,
– Documenting application changes, updates and migrations process in collaboration with the Technical Writer

➡️ You will fit with this role if you:

– Have a strong experience as Senior back-end or as Start up’s CTO (Senior, +7 years of experience),
– Have already built a micro-services back-end,
– Love to solve huge technical challenges,
– Know scalability’s issues, event’s driven or large DB’s optimization,
– Master blockchain interactions,
– Understand blockchain ecosystems and concepts, such as wallets, gas fees, transactions, NFTs, and the core concepts such as consensus, decentralization, and protocols.
– Understand Web 3 techno & following libraries :
| • NestJS (Typescript) • Etherjs  • Mikro-orm • Ory(kratos and keto) • Rabbitmq | • Postgresql • Redis • Kong API gateway  • Kubernetes • IPFS cluster |

➡️ Recruitment process

(1) HR Phone screen (20 min)

(2) Interview with a team manager to validate experience and fit (1 hour)

(3) Technical Test

(4) Interview with the team manager, including case study debrief (1h30)
