As part of the Marketing team, the Social Media Manager reports to the Head of Brand and Communication. The job is built around four main missions:

1. Editorial strategy

  • Translate our communication strategy and brand messages into a powerful editorial strategy that fits with our brand objectives
  • Find the right themes and angles for each type of contents
  • Constantly imagine new content formats

2. Creation

  • Create amazing contents for each network: create the contents yourself or with the help of the team (pictures, stories, lives, blogs articles, snack contents etc.).
  • Prepare and manage specific social media campaigns, whether it’s part of a larger branding effort (360 campaigns) or stand-alone initiatives to boost engagement on a specific audiences.
  • Embody our brand and its tone of voice: as a Social Media Manager you will be the voice of Coinhouse and, as such, you will be in charge of embodying our personality and values to make crypto accessible to everyone.

3. Publishing and Engagement

  • Define the publishing strategy: what, when, where, how.
  • Animate and engage with our communities on all of our social networks (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram…), adapting our approach to the specificities of the audiences we talk with on each network.
  • Answer our customer questions on the different networks, coordinating with the Customer Support team when needed.

4. Performance

  • Monitor and analyze our KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Work on competitive analyses and regularly benchmark our approach vs. our main competitors and the new trends and practices on each network.

Main requirements

  • A minimum of 3/4 years of professional experience in Social Media.
  • Communication either in a communication agency, an online media or a similar position in communication team.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to work on several projects such as videos, articles etc.
  • Strong interest in new technologies and especially of the fintech and cryptocurrency/blockchain sectors but also news and economy.
  • Fast learner, who is able to understand complex concepts and translate them into creative contents to make them accessible to as many people as possible.
  • High level of autonomy and organization (ability to manage tightly, over time, a large quantity of information and requests).
  • Ability to take initiatives, suggest new ideas and improvements.
  • Native in French and fluent in English with perfect writing skills.
  • An effective team worker; naturally collaborative and supportive.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about crypto and new technologies, keen to develop and strengthen his / her expertise in the field, and able to animate different communities to help us popularize cryptos for european investors.
