Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Senior Producer to lead web3 projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, artists, and blockchain experts, to ensure successful delivery optimizing quality and efficiency.

The Job

  • Lead and oversee the development of engineering projects from concept to launch, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Work closely with the executive team and stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize features, and create a detailed project roadmap.
  • Manage project resources, including human resources, budgets, and technology infrastructure, to ensure project success.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles in project development and implement strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with blockchain experts to integrate blockchain technology and NFT ecosystems.
  • Keep detailed project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and post-mortems, to facilitate communication and learning from past projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web3 technology, and blockchain to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Your Skills

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Senior Producer or Lead Producer with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, including NFTs and smart contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions 

  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Ability to work on a computer screen and communicate virtually

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $160,000 in addition to equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range listed encompasses several levels. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and market demand. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
