Senior Office Manager / Responsable Administratif

🛠 Mission & Responsibilities

Working directly with management (CEO, CFO, external accountant, head of legal, …), you will play a key role in all the company’s administrative and financial matters. Day-to-day missions:

  • People operations: support recruitment processes, draft contracts, manage onboardings and offboardings, follow probation periods, manage payroll, manage scheduling of meetings involving multiple parties.
  • Events: Organize internal events and offsites, oversee external events such as recruitment days and client receptions.
  • Finance Operations: handle and track invoices in the accounting tool, process, payments, update financial data in business plans and oversee relations with external accountants.
  • Corporate/General services: Order office supplies such as groceries and stationery, manage office maintenance schedules, handle and track mail, invoice in the accounting tool, management of insurance companies and other external parties.
  • Participate in the improvement of administrative and financial processes and in the use of the best tools. In particular, make sure our Notion organization is up to date.

🧙 Required Experience & Skills

  • Good knowledge in the following tools (by order of importance):
    • Notion (or any other organization tools such as Atlassian, Trello, Confluence)
    • Google Admin, Slack, Qonto, PayFit, Pennylane, Calendly, Swile, Deel, Discord, Telegram.
  • Previous work experience in an administrative or accounting role in a start-up.
  • Fast, autonomous, and rigorous execution.
  • Professional level in English, spoken and written.
  • [Nice to have] Interest in web3/Crypto. No experience required.
