Senior Growth Manager

As a Senior Growth Manager, you’ll be directly working with the CMO. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll have the opportunity to be a the forefront of Deblock’s growth.

We are seeking a passionate Growth Manager to take our growth initiatives to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, with a keen interest in leveraging influencer marketing and User Generated Content (UGC) as tools for expanding brand reach and driving customer acquisition.

👀 What we are looking for

• You have excellent writing communication skills in both English and French
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience with performance marketing, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
• Expertise in identifying and leveraging User Generated Content (UGC).
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to marketing campaigns.

• Harness the power of User Generated Content (UGC) to amplify brand message, deepen customer engagement, and improve brand loyalty.
• Utilize analytics and data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with the content and social media teams to integrate influencer marketing and UGC into the overall growth strategy.
