About the Opportunity
This role will collaborate closely with the Product P2P leader, Global and Local P2P BD teams, and other Local Market teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for OKX’s P2P trading platform in key target markets. Develop a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, local regulations, and customer preferences to inform localized marketing strategies and tactics. Work with the product team to gather insights and feedback from users, ensuring continuous improvement of the P2P trading platform to meet local market needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, social, community, PR, brand, and design, to align on goals, strategies, and execution plans. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, activating all main marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the P2P trading landscape for specific regions.
- Collaborate with Community teams to develop and nurture local OKX P2P communities, fostering engagement, education, and user loyalty to drive user base expansion and increase trading volume.
- Create compelling product messaging and value propositions that resonate with the local target audience and align with the OKX brand.
- Analyze campaign performance and key marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments related to P2P trading and cryptocurrencies in target markets.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in product marketing or related roles.
- Experience in the crypto industry. Fintech and marketplace experience are a plus.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics and promotions to drive growth.
- Experience growing and nurturing communities, with a strong track record of community engagement and growth.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer experience evaluations.
- Experience activating key marketing channels such as PR, social media, community, email, push, and events.
