The Partnerships Lead will be responsible for managing existing and new businesses opportunities in the gaming industry.
The ideal candidate will possess business development, partnerships, and strategy experience in the gaming industry (AAA, AA and/or indie gaming) and be able to leverage their industry relationships to grow business for Stardust.
This role will focus on identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, reaching out, forging partnerships and integrating/onboarding game publishers developers and ecosystem partners to the Stardust platform. 


    • Source, negotiate, and enter into agreements with partners and will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of those relationships
    • Envision partnership concepts, initiate outreach, negotiate deals, execute partnerships and maintain those relationships to drive business goals
    • Emphasize on building relationships with key partners in the gaming & web3 industry
    • Analyze the market to prioritize target partners and present business cases


    •  5+ years strategy experience in the gaming industry
    • Passionate about games and the Metaverse 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • The ability to build rapport within the organization and beyond itExperience leading cross-functional teams to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
