Tezos is an open-source platform known for its flexibility, security, and self-amendment capabilities. The Role
The Growth & Marketing team at Trilitech is the engine that helps drive growth for Tezos. As a UI Designer, your role will involve crafting intuitive and engaging website experiences for diverse users, spanning from Web3 developers and enterprises, to the press. You will prioritise user-centric design to meet business objectives while ensuring a seamless user journey. Although you will be part of the wider Growth & Marketing team, your day-to-day activities will be working within a Product, Design and Engineering trio.

If you enjoy problem-solving through design, are passionate about enhancing user interaction on the web, and are skilled in web design and user experience best practices, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of elevating how our users interact with our digital platforms.

What you’ll do

  • Designing and implementing innovative website layouts and user interfaces for desktop and mobile devices
  • Collaborating with the Product and Development teams to ensure accurate and feasible design implementation
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for improvement
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders for cohesive and strategic design approaches across all digital platforms
  • Creating wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
  • Providing design support for updates, enhancements, and new features on existing web properties
  • Participating in the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring a consistent brand experience

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated proficiency with web design, crafting aesthetically pleasing and innovative user experiences
  • Extensive utilisation of Figma in previous projects
  • Proven track record collaborating effectively with Product, Development, and Design teams
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills
