We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and hands-on Marketing, Events Producer to oversee the planning and execution of Sui Foundation events marketing worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating across the Marketing, Growth, DevRel, and Executive functions within the organization to ensure events are executed to the highest standard, delivering memorable experiences that are on brand and align with our objective of advancing the Sui network. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship and events strategy, including the annual Sui Summit conference, meetups, and web3 events & conferences across regions.
• Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify event goals, target audience, and key messages.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and XFN support needed to drive success.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality service delivery.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all execution. 
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and maximum impact.
• Oversee the production of event materials such as signage, branding, and promotional items.
• Manage and motivate a team of event staff and vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in event planning and production, preferably in a global or multinational organization
• Curiosity and interest in web3 and blockchain technology
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to execute remotely and work in a global and distributed environment
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Understanding of event logistics and operations, including transportation, catering, and accommodations
• Knowledge of event technology, including virtual and hybrid event platforms
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with vendor and contract management
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
