Mission:
Within the Data team and working closely with the Marketing team, to be the reference person who monitors, analyses and assists in the optimisation of the marketing campaigns performed by the campaign managers. In addition, the Marketing Data Analyst will be in charge of proposing and developing the growth experiment based on the knowledge she/he will have acquired from the data. 
Please note this is a fully remote role for a candidate who can be based anywhere in European timezone.

What you might be doing:

    • In close collaboration with the marketing and data team, monitor, analyse and lead the experiments performed
    • Develop a thorough understanding of our various acquisition and retention channels based on the data recorded
    • Perform exploratory analysis to discover new areas of opportunity, generate hypotheses and quickly assess the potential benefits of a given opportunity
    • Help execute projects to obtain information that leads to growth
    • Monitor, optimise and report on marketing and growth measures and split test results
    • Make recommendations based on analysis and test results
    • Develop frameworks, models, tools and processes to ensure that analytical knowledge can be integrated into all key decision making within the marketing team
    • Analyse and develop customised reports to provide the Marketing team with KPIs and key information about our various channels
    • Develop the framework and knowledge within the marketing team by aggregating all the knowledge and results obtained from past experiments and data

What you might bring:

    • 2+ years of experience in a growth analytics role
    • MSc in a technical discipline or business preferred 
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy while adapting to the individual
    • Strong knowledge of statistics, including design of experiments for optimisation, statistical significance, confidence intervals and predictive analysis techniques
    • Experience with data extraction using SQL 
    • Advanced expertise with the most common analysis tools, including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Sheet
    • Ease in the creation of dashboards adapted to the different interlocutors and excellent reporting skills with a concise and clear style
    • Strong interest in marketing, digital marketing and proactive monitoring of the rapid evolution of these fields
    • Must be independent, organised and detail-oriented, as well as have the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Coding skills is a plus (Python)
    • Experience in product and marketing analysis tools such as Adjust, Mixpanel and Metabase a great plus
    • Team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic. You bring creative solutions to difficult problems
