We are on the hunt for an exceptionally talented individual to become a part of our Growth Team, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and monetization. Our goal is to amplify and captivate our global audience. As a Marketing Artist, you will be at the forefront of crafting breathtaking 3D imagery and designs for landing pages, emails, and ads. Your collaboration with the Head of Performance Creative will be paramount in building the brand, and therefore driving sales and user acquisition. If you pride yourself on being a self-driven creative innovator, capable of juggling tasks with finesse and bringing data-driven insights to life through your artistry, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design stellar content for websites, emails, and diverse social media platforms, displaying a deep understanding of sophisticated lighting, effects, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Conceive groundbreaking ideas for user acquisition campaigns.
  • Create inspired new imagery which elevate and embody the brand of The Sandbox. 
  • Produce intelligent variant assets drawing insights from performance data.
  • Regularly brainstorm with cross departmental creative and marketing team members.
  • Exhibit expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Generate and export top-tier content from 3D and 2D files (3DS MAX, Maya, Unity, Blender, Lightracer, etc.).
  • Craft marketing visuals adhering to IP specific brand and style directives.
  • Thrive in a high-speed environment, juggling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Engage, communicate, and synergize with teams spanning from creative to growth, and across the larger organization.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of creative marketing experience, with an agency, tech or gaming company or related creative studio environment. 
  • A robust skill set showcasing your prowess in typography, graphic design, and illustration.
  • Mastery of industry-standard design and 3D tools, with Maya or equivalent 3D software and Adobe Creative Suite essentials like After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Fluent in communication, with a knack for both giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • A portfolio that speaks louder than words, showcasing the depth of your skills and the roles you’ve played in projects.
  • A sharp eye for trends, marrying performance-driven creativity with insights to pioneer best practices in content creation.
  • A natural at collaborative teamwork.
  • An unwavering commitment to quality and the minutest attention to detail.
  • A passion for games and technology, with a particular interest in 3D and graphic design.
