Lead Data Analyst

Our engineering team in Dubai is scaling. We are looking for exceptional talents who can demonstrate high data analytics skillsets.

• Possesses extensive hands-on experience in big data analytics: Proven expertise in analyzing large datasets, using advanced analytics tools, and techniques to derive meaningful insights.
• Provides insightful data and actionable reports: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business intelligence and recommendations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment: Skilled in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, with the agility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency: Strong background in data analytics technologies, programming languages, and data visualization tools.
• Exhibits excellent problem-solving skills: Capable of quickly identifying data trends and issues, and developing innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Based on business goals and business models, establish a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework. At the same time, based on the business monitoring and analysis framework, clearly understand the overall business situation and locate business issues;
• Through thematic analysis, conduct in-depth analysis of business issues, provide data support and decision-making basis for company operational decisions, marketing strategies, product directions, etc.;
• Precipitation analysis method and monitoring framework, extract data product requirements, collaborate with relevant teams (such as development team, product team) and promote the landing of data products;
• Collaborate with relevant teams to organize training and sharing of concepts, skills, methods, and tools related to data technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
• Experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred;
• Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data, timely discover and analyze deep changes and root causes behind business appearances;
• Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL, proficient in operating tools such as Excel, PPT, Tableau, etc.;
• Strong logical thinking ability, outstanding language expression ability, proficient in independently writing business Data Analysis reports;
• Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models, able to insight into business opportunities from the perspective of business development;
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, with certain XFN and cross-team project experience, able to independently promote project execution.
