As Incentivization Strategy Lead, you will primarily focus on strategy, operation, and high level design of the decentralized side of our product. You will be responsible for owning the design and delivery of mechanisms for generating incentivized interaction across platforms, and weaving hot start generated speculators into our primarily web2 user focused platform via SocialFi and speculation centric feature sets.
Requirements:
- Experience designing (but not necessarily implementing) high level point incentivization mechanisms from the ground up
- Experience orchestrating emotionally incentivization centric narrative delivery across platforms
- Deep understanding of SocialFi centric speculation
Non requirements:
- CT bull posting. We’re looking for a leader who can drive high level coordination across teams.
