Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly audits of the HRIS system (BambooHR) with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate document gathering for HR projects and service agreements
  • Implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring that each team member feels welcomed and valued from day one.
  • Design and execute creative initiatives to enhance our company culture and foster a sense of belonging among employees.
  • Provide personalised training and support to new hires, making their transition into the company a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Collect and manage contract-related documents with efficiency and accuracy, while finding ways to simplify the process.
  • Collaborate closely with finance & legal teams, bringing your structured approach to ensure seamless integration between HR, finance & legal operations.
  • Ensure synchronisation and data consistency across all HR systems, while also exploring innovative ways to improve our processes.

Skills, Nice to have and Strong Plus

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related roles, with a focus on HRIS system management and process automation.
  • Proficiency in BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and bring order to chaos.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, balanced with a creative and innovative mindset.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Experience in training and development preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred.
  • Certification in Human Resources is a plus.
