As Institutional Sales Lead at mesha, you’ll play a critical role in building out our institutional sales/partnerships with DAOs, web3 brands and startups.

Role:

  • Define the institutional sales strategy including hiring plan
  • Hire and manage a sales team that can execute on the institutional sales strategy
  • Create the systems and processes for sales to effectively cover institutional clients and deliver an industry-leading experience
  • Set and achieve quarterly goals for engaging and onboarding clients and achieving volume and revenue targets
  • Handle post-sales experience for clients
  • Communicate plans and progress to institutional teams and the management team on a frequent cadence You’ll be a great fit if:
  • You’re passionate about DAOs and web3 (and have worked in the space before)
  • You have deep understanding about treasury requirements for web3 organizations
  • You are familiar with navigating the process of acquiring DAOs as clients
  • 5+ years of experience as a sales leader within a financial services firm and/or a web3 sales team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of the needs of institutional clients
  • Desire to build robust processes and procedures to support the growth of this business unit.
  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly with product and management
  • Positive attitude and mature interpersonal skills.
