Why does Coinhouse need you?

As a Head of Engagement & Monetization you will be able to create/optimize the entire CRM Marketing and Loyalty Workflow parcours focusing on the optimization of the KYC funnel. Following the migration and implementation of a new CRM Braze tool and the use of Hubspot, your challenge will be to create a solid and performance funnel to improve our activation clients.

The job is built around two main missions:

1. Emailing – CRM

  • Manage our Emailing / CRM Strategy including Nurturing Marketing Strategy, Customer Segmentation, emailing tool and workflows, and the use of any relevant customer-base activation tools (including but not limited to text messages, display retargeting etc.)
  • Animate our Community of Premium and Platinum customers by providing exclusive content, additional services and by organizing quality events (webinars, trainings, conferences….etc).

2. Loyalty Manager

As a Loyalty Manager, you are first and foremost in charge of implementing a Retention Strategy, managing all the tools we can use to engage with our customers, making sure they stay active on our app and can benefit from our different products. It includes :

  • Manage our emailing workflows for both retargeting and retention purposes; coordinating with the Branding and Content team to harmonize the assets with our Brand Platform
  • Build and refine our Customer Segmentation based on available data
  • Monitor performances and regularly optimize our assets to maximize the ROI on your scope.

Others missions

1. Animate our communities

You are also in charge of animating the different communities of clients (Classic, Premium, Platinum, B2B). As such, you will be asked to :

  • Define an annual calendar of animations for each community in order to provide quality content to our clients (including webinars, training, events etc.
  • Organize gatherings and events to implement this roadmap, whether they are meant to all of our clients or are exclusively accessible for our top clients; and coordinating with the key internal stakeholders (Research Team, Sales team),
  • Coordinate with our experts to produce and share high quality content for our community.

2. Referral is also a key aspect of the role, you will be asked to imagine and implement a Referral program making it easy for our customers to help their relatives access the crypto ecosystem.

Preferred Criteria

  • Several years (5+) of experience working in CRM (knowing Braze is a plus) Bonus if you are familiar with the KYC process.
  • Technical proficiency and hands-on-keyboard experience in CRM and marketing automation platforms including but not limited to Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Hubspot.
  • Experience managing and launching Digital projects and campaigns across multiple platforms (i.e. Web, Mobile, SEO/SEM, Paid Search, Display) and be able to track the customer funnel.
  • Working proficiency in English, an additional language is a plus.
