We’re seeking a Growth Lead to develop and execute our go-to-market strategy for our first mobile game. This role will be responsible for community-led growth efforts, user acquisition, and optimization of acquisition and conversion points. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing planning, audience strategy, and channel planning, coupled with strong analytical and creative thinking. We’re looking for someone with a passion for solving problems, who is proactive, full of ideas, loves games, and has a startup spirit.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies and experiments across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Responsible for campaign setup, execution, reporting, and optimization to drive performance indicators with game objectives
- Test, discover, and untap new paid and organic acquisition channels
- Foster community-led growth efforts to engage and attract new audiences
- Cultivate and manage relationships with distributors such as App Store, Google Play, and EGS to maximize visibility and reach
- Define and implement a targeted market strategy for regions like SEA, LATAM, Africa, and other emerging markets.
- Utilize short-form video content as a key user acquisition tool, leveraging its potential to drive engagement and conversions
- Work closely with community management and creative teams to create and manage campaigns and events to drive new audiences
- Provide optimal budget forecasting and/or allocations recommendations across programmatic and/or paid social media channels, leveraging first-party and any third-party data, with the focus of achieving maximum reach, scale, engagement effectiveness, and performance efficiency
- +1 year of experience in the mobile gaming industry
- +4 years of experience in marketing
- Web3 marketing understanding
- Experience with marketing planning, audience strategy, and channel planning, coupled with strong analytical and creative thinking
- Passionate about solving problems, someone who is very proactive, full of ideas, loves games and has a startup spirit
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and engagement through a variety of marketing channels and tactics
- Good knowledge of user acquisition platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Ad networks, DSPs, etc.)
