Who we are.

Wynd is an early-stage startup that is working to democratize the future of AI: First, by providing universal access to public web data, and second, by creating a system where ordinary people can participate in the process – and share in the benefits.

We have recently hit some big milestones and are looking to launch from those toward our major release at the end of incentivized beta. To do this we’ll need help spreading the word about our mission and educating our to be user base about the untapped resources they have at their fingertips.

At Wynd we are focused on building the data layer of AI with our first product, Grass, a web extension that runs in a user’s background and sells unused internet to artificial intelligence labs.  By running a node with Grass, users become an integral part of AI’s training process, and they are compensated accordingly.  The growth of AI is a development of historic significance, and our goal is to distribute the benefits of its growth to everyone – putting the future of the web back in the hands of the people.

An ideal candidate for the role will not only have the contextual knowledge and the technical skills required for creative storytelling and audience capture at the intersection of AI X Crypto. They will also take pride in knowing that for many people, and all of our future users and customers, you will be the first people they ever learn from about Grass. You will set the tone for the way we people think about us, what we’re all about, and what the future looks like through our vision.

What you’ll do.

  • Optimize marketing campaigns, digital advertising, content marketing, and other channels to maximize lead acquisition.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive user acquisition for Grass.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling marketing materials, including digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional collateral.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer feedback, and digital analytics to refine marketing approaches and enhance user engagement.
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure marketing performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies continually.
  • Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data to inform future marketing decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ strategies, products, marketing, and sales to stay ahead of industry trends and refine our own strategies.
  • Manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing arrangements. Coordinate with partners for joint marketing campaigns aligned with our brand and business goals.

What you’ll need.

  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Opinionated on the best way to do things and able to explain tradeoffs between choices.
  • Experience working in a high output team.
  • A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

What will stand out?

  • Experience with data tools like SQL and Python, driving insights to influence product & marketing decisions.
  • 2+ years within early-stage software startups in Growth, Sales, or Marketing roles.
  • Previous involvement or a strong interest in web3/crypto technologies
