Job Title: Web3 Marketing Director
We are a company in stealth development seeking a talented and experienced Web3 Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. As our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for crafting and executing our go-to-market strategy, building our community, in alignment with our values and vision. You will work closely with the CEO, product team, and other stakeholders to achieve our business goals and reach our target audience.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, with goals, deliverables, roadmap, and budget
– Recruit and lead a talented and passionate marketing team to create a strong brand identity and messaging
– Set up a modern marketing workflow, with the appropriate content, channels and tools
– Create and manage relationships with key web3 influencers, communities, PR outputs
– Develop compelling and engaging marketing campaigns, especially in Blockchain (Crypto, ICO, NFTs), enriched with multimedia contents (games, video & music) and optimized by new Artificial Intelligence tools
– Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of our marketing efforts, make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns, constantly iterating and improving our approach
Requirements:
– Fluent English speaker
– Strong knowledge and network in US/international Web3 & NFT space and culture to stay ahead of the trends
– A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
– 4+ years of experience in marketing and community building, with a strong recent focus on the web3 space
– Proven experience in turning a vision into a full go-to-market strategy, in crafting creative campaigns with viral potential, and in leading a team of marketers, storytellers, creatives, community managers
– Knowledge of up-to-date digital marketing tools, including Artificial Intelligence
– Knowledge of tactics and opsec to avoid scams and bot activities
– Passion for storytelling and fantasy / metaverse worlds
– Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
– Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
– Interest in equity as we grow, in addition to salary
