About the role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Developer Advocate to shape and implement our Developer Relations (DevRel) strategy within strategic high-throughput blockchains. 

This position represents an exciting chance to drive business scalability, increase market share, and enter new verticals by engaging with communities, creating valuable content, and building strong industry partnerships.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DevRel strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring economic scalability and measurable results.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with developers, technology enthusiasts, and key stakeholders across various channels, including Discord servers, Twitter, Telegram groups, WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Engage with Foundations, Daps developers, validators, managed end-point nodes providers, technical writers, and YouTubers to be a reference for web3 infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, market trends, and switching costs to inform strategy and product development decisions.
  • Produce engaging content like blog articles, instructional materials, webinars, and manuals to inform and inspire software developers, increasing brand awareness and relevance.
  • Leverage partnerships with influencers, vendors, and industry experts to amplify our reach and credibility within the target communities.
  • Attend conferences, events, and podcasts on behalf of the company to showcase our expertise, network with industry leaders, and generate leads for the Sales Team.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of DevRel initiatives through metrics such as meetings scheduled for the Sales Team, closed deals, social media mentions, and advertisement views and clicks.
  • Continuously monitor and adapt the DevRel strategy based on market feedback, industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
  • Develop a documented method/process for replicating successful DevRel approaches across different industries, including cost projections, action plans, resource requirements, and expected outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in Developer Advocacy, Developer Evangelism, or a similar role within the web3 industry.
  • Deep understanding of developer communities, industry trends, and emerging technologies like AI, ML, web3, and web2 applications.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing scalable DevRel strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms, industry events, partnerships, and other initiatives to expand brand reach and engage with communities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and analyze the impact of DevRel initiatives using relevant metrics.
  • Passion for technology, a curiosity to explore new domains, and a genuine enthusiasm for developer advocacy.
