About the role:

The chosen candidate will contribute to the growth of developer advocacy strategies at the company, engaging and inspiring developers to explore and innovate with its applications and services. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, the role involves active participation in web3 communities, executing strategic growth initiatives, hosting local events, and collaborating with ecosystem partners to enhance transparency and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively participating in web3 communities and representing the company as a resource for developers.
• Executing developer growth and engagement strategies in the EMEA region to support company objectives.
• Organizing local events, meetups, and hackathons with educational focus.
• Speaking at crypto and blockchain conferences for developers.
• Creating content to enhance the company’s reputation in the crypto and blockchain space.
• Advocating for customer needs in the evolving crypto and blockchain landscape.
• Collaborating with regional partners to amplify transparency and trust.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Possess 4+ years of experience in development and/or developer relations, preferably in the crypto and blockchain ecosystem.
• Prioritize an exceptional developer user experience.

• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Exhibit strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Have fluency in at least one programming language and familiarity with Solidity.
• Be open to travel up to 25% of the time.
