A customer service specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have.Â
đź’ĽScope of Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries in crypto trading via live chat or email;
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues;
- Maintaining accurate customer records and information;
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times;
- Be familiar with company’s trading platform and be up-to-date on the platform’s campaigns / events;
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
đź“‘Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline;
- Fresh Graduate are welcome;
- Knowledge of Helpdesk management tools and reporting;
- Fluency in English in communication and writing in order to liaise with English-speaking clients, multilingual capability is a big plus;
- Fluency in Mandarin in communication and writing in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts is a plus:
- Great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading, knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus;
- High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit;
- Passionate about the customer service industry and can accept work under different work shifts (Day and night shift) including weekends and public holidays.
- The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.
