A customer service specialist is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by answering their questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues they may have. 

đź’ĽScope of Role & Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in crypto trading via live chat or email;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues;
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and information;
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or manager maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times;
  • Be familiar with company’s trading platform and be up-to-date on the platform’s campaigns / events;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

đź“‘Qualification:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline;
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome;
  • Knowledge of Helpdesk management tools and reporting;
  • Fluency in English in communication and writing in order to liaise with English-speaking clients, multilingual capability is a big plus;
  • Fluency in Mandarin in communication and writing in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts is a plus:
  • Great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading, knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus;
  • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit;
  • Passionate about the customer service industry and can accept work under different work shifts (Day and night shift) including weekends and public holidays.
  • The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.
