Who we’re looking for

Pianity is seeking a talented individual who possesses infinite curiosity. Working with the whole team, you will be a key contributor to developing and maintaining relationships between Artists and Pianity.

Your Mission

As a Customer Success Intern/Apprentice at Pianity, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with artists and record labels. Your mission will be to prioritize the needs of the artists and set goals aligned with their success. You will be responsible for the following key missions:

Artist and Label Support:

  • Put the artist first and deploy strategies to ensure their satisfaction and success on Pianity.
  • Offer a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Take ownership of artists’ concerns and diligently follow through to resolution.

Content Creation and Support:

  • Create engaging and valuable content to assist artists and labels throughout their journey on the platform.
  • Develop resources, tutorials, and guides to empower artists in utilizing Pianity’s features effectively.

Relationship Management:

  • Establish a follow-up process to foster long-term relationships with artists and labels.
  • Regularly communicate with artists to gather feedback, address their needs, and track their satisfaction.

Retention and Referral Tracking:

  • Implement strategies to improve the retention of artists and labels on the platform.
  • Track referral metrics and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the artist and label community.

Feedback and Insights:

  • Gather feedback from artists and labels, and share valuable insights with the product team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pianity’s platform by providing user-centric feedback and suggestions.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze monthly toplists and evaluate the performance of labels and artists.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making.


  • Full proficiency in English and French.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with artists and labels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of artist issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by artists and record labels.
