Convergence is a leading DeFi protocol protocol on the Ethereum blockchain that aggregates governance tokens and optimizes revenues on underlying protocols.
After a successful launch, Convergence has completed the first phase of its development. We are now looking to grow our user base and market share. To do this, we are looking for a marketing lead to support its growth in this crucial phase for the expansion of the project.

As our Marketing Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with our dynamic team to design and optimize marketing activities for maximum impact.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, harnessing internal support from our tech and product teams and diligently tracking and optimizing campaign results.
Choose the adapted channels: influencer partnerships, PR initiatives, events, and social media endeavors, to reach the goal of the Marketting strategy you put in place.
Drive user acquisition efforts to expand our user base and capture a larger market share.
Engage actively with our audience, deciphering their needs and preferences to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement analytics reporting on key Convergence protocol data, extracting valuable insights to inform future campaign strategies and go-to-market approaches.
Manage our social media presence full-time across platforms such as Twitter and Discord.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably within the blockchain industry.
Demonstrated track record of driving business growth in terms of user base and revenues, with a history of successfully leading project growth initiatives.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous but not mandatory.
Deep involvement in the blockchain industry, with connections within the Curve Finance ecosystem being highly desirable but not needed.
Independent and self-motivated.
Conditions
Freelance contract position, requiring 40 hours per week.
Ability to work independently.
Remote position.
UTC+1 timezone would be a plus but can be discussed.
Token share variable on results.
