– Learn about the platform’s features, client engagement, relationship-building, and campaign configuration.
– Begin transitioning into a client advisory role.
– Participate in client communications and support.
– Manage campaign setups for a portfolio of client accounts with senior client advisor guidance.
– Initiate and facilitate the onboarding process and campaign setup for new clients.
– Collaborate with senior Client Advisors on client accounts.
– Provide strategic campaign setup guidance to clients.
– Act as a point of contact for client campaign-setup inquiries, support and escalations.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 2+ years of experience in Client Relations, Growth or Business Development in high growth consumer-facing tech firms and blockchain companies
- You enjoy and excel at working cross-functionally to deliver results through partnerships You have shown the ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally
- You have great strategic instincts and can exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations – You have great interpersonal communications skills and high attention to detail
- You’ve been successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of deals
- You’re intellectually curious and think in a structured way
- Mandarin is a plus
