The Role
Responsibilities:
- Learn about the platform’s features, campaign configuration, and setup processes.
- Focus on campaign setup tasks for client accounts.
- Collaborate with clients to gather campaign requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with Client Advisors on client setups.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on campaign setup.
- Ensure successful campaign launches and configurations.
- Develop a comprehensive FAQ campaign guideline on client setups.
- Ensure the FAQ content is accurate, easy to understand, and up to date with the latest client-campaign setups.
- Act as a point of contact for client campaign-setup inquiries, support and escalations.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 1+ years of experience in Client Relations, Growth or Business Development in high growth consumer-facing tech firms and blockchain companies
- You enjoy and excel at working cross-functionally to deliver results through partnerships You have shown the ability to build and manage relationships with product and business leaders, internally and externally
- You have great strategic instincts and can exercise good judgment in ambiguous situations – You have great interpersonal communications skills and high attention to detail
- You’ve been successful in negotiating a broad set of different types of deals
- You’re intellectually curious and think in a structured way
- Mandarin is a plus
