About the Role:
As the COO, you will collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will also represent Rarible, fostering relationships with global enterprise clients and strategic partners.
Business Leadership: Lead Business Development, Legal, and Operations teams to achieve revenue goals and provide robust support to the business.
Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
Strategic Influence: Contribute to strategic product decisions and initiatives that shape the future of Web 3.
Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Rarible’s Enterprise customers, strategic partners, and investor network.
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in executive-level management roles in a tech company
2+ years of experience working in a startup environment
Strong operational management skills with a passion for delivering results
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and functions
Strong ownership and result-oriented approach to work

Compensation package will include base salary, stock options, tokens and performance based variable part with an OTE ranging from 250 000 to 300 000 USD annually.
