📍 Location

Paris (75002) or remote (max 9 hours difference with Paris).

🛠 Mission & Responsibilities

As Chief of Staff, you will be working very closely with the CEO and managing a team of two, to help in scaling Morpho Labs on the following subjects:

  • Recruitment & People:
    • Structure & own recruitment processes.
    • Formalization, monitoring and continuous improvement of HR processes: onboarding, appraisal interviews, culture, etc.
  • Scaling & structuring operations:
    • Manage our operations team (office manager, legal, consultants, accountants, …).
    • Structure and own the good execution of routines across the company.
    • Analyze, review, and optimize processes.
  • Finances:
    • Assist part-time CFO in business planning.
    • Support CEO with fundraising effort.
    • Structuring our financial operations stack (crypto and non-crypto).

🧙 Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in:
    • Start up operations.
    • Recruitment/HR.
    • [Ideal but not mandatory] Management.
  • Fast learner.
  • Operationally rigorous.
  • Autonomy and ownership.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Notion ****(or other organization tools such as Atlassian/Confluence, Trello, …).
  • Basic knowledge of the french law and taxes.
  • You speak French and English at a professional level, spoken and written.
  • [Nice to have] Top tier University, Engineering School or Business School.
  • [Nice to have] Interest in web3/Crypto. No experience required.
