About the role/opportunity
Build alone and you’ll build fast. Built together and you’ll go further. We’re looking for our first Channel Partner Success Manager to play an important role in the shaping and development of our ecosystem of distributors, agencies, consultancies, studios which will be at the core of our B2B growth.
In this role, you will have responsibility to manage and execute a channel partner strategy in order to develop a qualified funnel and establish Emperia’s long-term positioning as the category leader by building trust with various organisations and empowering them through our solution.
You must be a business-driven person, and know very well the world of agencies and consultancies.
What you’ll get up to
- Contribute to, manage and execute a scalable tiers-based Channel Partners Programme
- Recruit, educate and nurture a network of agencies and consultancies at scale
- Own the management and retention of our Channel Partners
- Develop a successful on-boarding and retention process
- Ensure Emperia is deeply embedded in the strategic channel partners’ offering and provide them with direct support on how to leverage us for more revenues
- Co-create and execute Joint Business Plans with our channel partners, to ensure net partners growth and GMV and revenue growth goals are met
- Manage revenue performance and drive relevant business packages offering
- Work in close relationship with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities for campaigns and co-marketing but also with Product, to influence our roadmap and best serve partners and clients
- Working with tools such as Hubspot and Partnerstack
What will make you a great fit
- At least 5 years of proven experience in agencies, consultancies, particularly in Partnerships
- A proven, demonstrable, track record in driving substantial growth in channel partner relationships
- A solid knowledge of the agencies ecosystem and business models
- You understand the inner workings of a digital agency
- Business-oriented approach with educational mindset
- Organized, capable of handling multiple tactical items while never losing sight of longer term strategic goals
- Experience in a fast pace startup environment
