Hash Consulting is a consultancy and communications agency specializing in blockchain-
related products. Founded in 2019, we provide a wide range of services to brands and
companies interested in Web 3.0 and its load of opportunities. We operate in the 4
following spheres : communication, global strategy, corporate training and advisory.
As our activities are expanding, we are hiring a Media Planner who will play a pivotal role
in driving the growth and success of our agency. The primary responsibility will be to
manage communication strategies and campaigns for our portfolio of clients, while
ensuring follow-ups are maintained and regularly updated.

Develop commercial relations
Follow up on client and partners pool
Assists on onboarding operations
Develop and implement effective strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
Identify and target potential clients which align with our agency’s expertise, values and offers.
Identify and target potential partners which align with our agency’s expertise, values and offers.
Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to expand our reach.
Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to create new business opportunities.
Implement calls, email and telegram follow-up for leads and qualified leads
Provide regular reports on business development activities including progress meetings & onboarding calls.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from business development to
project implementation.
03 | Candidate description
You are completely fluent in English and French (oral and written).
You already have a history of working alongside Web3 and Web2 brands with
an established network.
You are outgoing, confident and willing to chase deals in a difficult market.
You have excellent skills in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, general communication and
international public relations or you can learn and apply such knowledge very quickly.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have an interest in media, WEB3 media, KOL’s and social media.
You are good at planning, preparing and executing a thousand different tasks side by
side, and you push it all through.
