Job Purpose:
The Executive plays a pivotal role in working together with the HR Manager and is responsible for the effective execution day-to-day tasks functions of human resources and admin. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.

HR Function (70%)

  1. Be heavily involved in talent acquisition / recruitment due to company expansion regionally. (Sourcing candidate via linkedin and other recruitment tools) include but not limited to job posting, sourcing, screening, arrange interview, conducting interviews, work pass application, on and off boarding of the candidates.
  2. Prepare, maintain, and ensure proper documentation of employee database (system) and personnel files.
  3. Assist in handling employee benefits which include but not limited to leave, claims and referral bonus administration.
  4. Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other government-related claims and grants submission.
  5. Assist with MOM related reporting/training grant submission.
  6. Assist in annual performance assessment and salary review cycles.
  7. Assist in resolving complex employee relations issue and address grievance.
  8. Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  9. Undertake projects and ad-hoc assignment related to HR management from time to time.

Office Administration Function (30%)

  1. Managing office administration function, including, pantry, logistics for staff onboarding and off-boarding, office inventory, IT assets and office facilities management etc;
  2. Assist in administration duties like liaison of vendors, postal, dispatch arrangements.
  3. Organizing and managing company events (e.g., Team building activities, Rewards and recognition programs, Year-end party, etc.)


📑 Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant.
  • Min 2 years of hands-on experiences for the above nature of work.
  • Experience in full cycle recruiting, good knowledge of Employment Act (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance) and HR practices and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office application (i.e. Words, Excel, Power point).
  • Possess the right aptitude and able to communicate and work closely with inter departments, including the department heads and management.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail, possess good problem-solving skills, attentive and eager to learn, great initiative.
  • Effective communication skills – verbal and in writing in English and Mandarin to liaise with US and China counterpart.
  • Outgoing and an independent team player with a proactive and positive work attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills, able to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
