Comp: competitive + token allocation
Job Duties:
– Research on some of the critical issues in building high performance blockchain platforms
– Research on Sharding, Rollup design, Consensus protocol, MEV, tokenomics, and governance
– Create design docs to help design and improve our core protocol architecture
– Lead an engineering team to get new blockchain projects built
– Actively write and review code for our core protocol stack
Requirements:
– Experience building previous blockchain infrastructure project (layer 1, layer 2, etc.)
– Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
– Interest/experience in building or researching scalable infrastructure or distributed systems.
– Passionate about decentralized ledger technologies.
