Bitget is a top-tier Digital Assets Exchange platform with a global footprint. To coop with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Broker Partner Business Development Manager to onboard new API brokers, and new users sign up via the Brokers platform. Responsibilities:
1.Onboard New API Brokers, Maintain Good Relationship With Brokers;
2.Launch co-marketing campaigns with brokers to encourage new users to sign up with Bitget;
3.Collaborate with team to identify opportunities, plan, and execute growth strategies;
4.Capture feedback from brokers and users on how to improve the services and products;
5.Negotiate project plans and ensure scheduled events and milestones are delivered on time;
6.Be the point of contact for all brokers.
Requirements
1.Proven career track record in a broker centric role, with 3+ years of crypto exchange working experience;
2.Exposure to dealing with multiple contacts from different geographical areas and international markets;
3.Self-motivated and self-sufficient, while having confidence in negotiations and warm-welcoming new brokers and users;
4.Commitment to provide a high level of service to brokers and users;
5.Excellent organization skills with proven ability in multitasking;
6.Ability to set and exceed aggressive individual and organizational goals;
7.Ability and desire to work for a growing, fast company with an evolving structure;
8.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written in English;
9.Good english (written & spoken) will be an advantage.
