This role will report directly to the General Counsel. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player that is passionate about NFTs and blockchain technology and happiest in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. 


    • Manage law enforcement outreach and response programs 
    • Build and continually improve scalable risk management frameworks and compliance programs 
    • Provide Product, Operations, and Community teams guidance on day-to-day issues, as well as foundational legal issues without clear solutions
    • Keep abreast of quickly developing legal landscape to forecast and head off challenges for rapidly scaling business

Desired Qualifications

    • 7+ years of legal experience (Associate General Counsel) or 10+ years of legal experience (Director)
    • Extensive experience working with law enforcement agencies, proactively and reactively
    • Experience scaling and overseeing compliance programs and processes 
    • Track record of collaborative partnership with lawyers and non-lawyers to solve problems and get things done 
    • Juris doctor from accredited law school 
    • Member of a US state bar in good standing
