API Operations Associated Expert

Responsibilities: 

• Developing the overall design and strategic roadmap for API products, aligning with company business objectives 

• Managing the API product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, concept validation, design, development, release, and iteration 

• Conducting in-depth research on trends, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics within the crypto industry, identifying new opportunities and potential threats 

• Regularly communicating with clients, partners, and internal teams to gather user requirements and feedback, translating them into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) 

• Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure that the design, performance, and security of APIs meet the top standards 

• Defining API interfaces and preparing documentation for ease of integration, use, and maintenance 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Product Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred 

• At least 3 years of experience in API product management with successful cases of API product design and management 

• Deep understanding of API technical standards (e.g., REST, WebSocket), authentication methods (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and security standards 

• Experience in trading or product management preferred 
• Proficient in professional written and spoken English and Chinese.
