As Sismo’s Office Manager – Admin, your role will be crucial for the everyday operational life of the company. We need someone with strong admin skills and experience, an attention to details and the desire to learn in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Administrative – Human Resources
    • Team Admin : contracts, DPAE, follow up with all admins needs for the team, health insurance, holidays, absences, payment of salaries, etc.
    • Follow up on team expenses, organising the travels of the Sismo team.
    • Company admin
    • Managing the company’s recruiting tools, updating job posts, managing the inflow of applications.
  2. Accounting and finance
    • Relationship management with accountants + ensuring that all company expenses are justified.
    • Verification and payment of invoices
  3. Office Management
    • Onboarding of new colleagues
    • Day-to-day management of the offices
    • Management of internal events supplier
    • Execution of internal processes (team meeting notes, onboarding docs, sorting incoming data)

  • French Speaker (native)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a start-up environment
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / HR / management
  • Past experience in web3 / blockchain ou a real drive to learn.
  • Attention to details, sense of service, team player
