Hash Consulting is a consultancy and communications agency specializing in blockchain-
related products. Founded in 2019, we provide a wide range of services to brands and

companies interested in Web 3.0 and its load of opportunities. We operate in the 4
following spheres : communication, global strategy, corporate training and advisory.

As our activities are expanding, we are hiring a Media Planner who will play a pivotal role
in driving the growth and success of our agency. The primary responsibility will be to
manage communication strategies and campaigns for our portfolio of clients, while
ensuring follow-ups are maintained and regularly updated.

02 | Missions

Creating Strategic Campaigns
Making sure clients are satisfied to the extent of their needs
Producing and presenting media plans and financial forecasts.
Overseeing campaign budgets and negotiating costs for features.
Setting up marketing campaigns for our clients : media coordination, production of
editorial content, purchase of advertising inserts.
Organize interviews.
Report, collect and analyze data.
Track Return On Investment (ROI) and campaign reports.
Monitor news from the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector
Perform detailed analysis of cryptocurrency, blockchain and NFT initiatives.

03 | Candidate description

You ideally graduated with a bachelor or masters degree in communications or
digital marketing, or your general experience is enough to make anyone forget
its absence.
You are completely fluent in English and French (oral and written).
You have excellent skills in cryptocurrencies, blockchain, general
communication and international public relations or you can learn and apply
such knowledge very quickly.
You have an interest in media, WEB3 media, KOL’s and social media.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You are good at planning, preparing and executing a thousand different tasks side by
side, and you push it all through.
