Responsibilities
1. Bring in more key customers from across the world, maintain good relationships and increase retention rate, and be good at user operation;
2. Plan online and offline operation events to acquire new key customers;
3. Track and collect market trends and competitor’s moves to put forward reasonable suggestions on product development and strategic partnerships to relevant personnels.
4. Familiar with the business of mainstream trading platforms, good at analyzing their highlights;
5. Be agile in finding and serving key customers, and be able to maintain daily resources;
6. Help the department with related branding activities and networking.

Requirements
1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in blockchain is a must;
2. Local native speaker, Chinese and English can be used as working language;
3. Prefer candidates who have worked as a key account manager in other exchanges;
4. Motivated, responsible, pressure-resistant, patient with customers and dedicated to work.
